I’m Sharon Sinclair-Williams and I’m a digital sustainability trainer, workplace culture and age inclusivity consultant based in the UK.
My work has a unifying theme in that I advocate for fairness for all ages and teach digital sustainability thus connecting into my overarching passions for people and the planet.



I have what is called a 'Work-Life Passions' career portfolio.
At this point in my career {I’m in my early 60’s} I’m at a place where my work blends more than ever with my passions.
They are quite simply ‘people and planet’ overlapped.
As a Digital Wellbeing Educator and Digital & Tech Carbon Literacy Trainer I am focussed on helping individuals, businesses and organisations through training and workshop delivery with the following:
How they can embrace sustainable digital practices and understand their digital footprints
Helping them to champion ethical AI
Fostering age inclusivity and empowerment especially for the 50+ demographic
How to get a healthy relationship with our smartphones



As an age inclusivity consultant I can work with organisations to challenge outdated stereotypes, foster intergenerational collaboration, and create age-diverse workplaces where experience is valued, not sidelined. I can help businesses recognise the economic and social benefits of an age-inclusive workforce, providing strategic guidance on policy development, leadership training, and cultural transformation.
My mission is to redefine work beyond 55, ensuring that longevity is seen as an asset rather than a barrier.
I can also tap into the readership of Best Before End Date, my award winning digital magazine showcasing stories and community for the younger Boomer & GenX female demographics.
Celebrating the beauty of midlife and later life and the unique opportunities growing older and bolder brings us.
From navigating career shifts and embracing empty nests to rediscovering passions and fostering wellness, this growing community is all about living fully, fearlessly, and authentically.
